These terms govern your access to and use of the SpeakFlow service, including courses, content, and features.

By accessing or using SpeakFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have verifiable parental consent to create and use an account.

3. Payments and refunds

Fees are listed at checkout. We offer a 7-day refund window for unused lessons unless otherwise stated.

Taxes may be applied based on your billing address. Where mandated by law, prorated refunds may be offered for documented service outages.

4. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized sharing of course content
• No harassment or disruptive behavior in live sessions
• No attempts to breach or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for suspected abuse, including rate-limiting and access suspension.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials are owned by SpeakFlow and licensors. Limited personal use license applies.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may cancel anytime.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, except as required by law for record retention or refunds owed.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Some features may change over time.

SpeakFlow disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice through in-product messaging or email where available.
